New web chat option for customers
To improve our customer service we’ve launched a web chat facility on the Rural Payments & Services website.
The new system allows people to talk in real time with one of our specialist advisors rather than talking over the phone or in person.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, area offices are still closed to the public to protect the safety of staff and its customers.
If you have a query about SAF, we encourage you to contact us by speaking to a specialist advisor on web chat, or to call your local area office. Please do not visit your local area office in person.
This feature has been launched to improve our customer service, and ease the transition of paperless SAF applications.
You do not have to be a registered customer to use web chat.
