The Single Application From (SAF) window closed on the 15 May.

If the application was submitted by the 15 May 2020 it can be amended to add or remove certain information up to 1 June 2020 without penalty.

As the 31 May 2020 is a Sunday, the deadline is set to the first following working day.

Unfortunately the SAF related guidance has been published using the 31 May deadline instead of the 1 June deadline for amendments.

Please note that claims can be reduced without penalty at any time under the “Notified error” provisions subject to meeting the requirements of that provision.
